Powerglide into Charger !

Why powerglide why not Turbo 700..

Well after looking at everyting ( cut a long story short )
I would need to remove part of thethe upper crossmember section
around the hump / tortion bar area.

Cut and shut.. I know its doable but i just simply didn't want to cut it out..
Now my CRS Kit thats fits turbo 350 400 700 or glide still has a home.

After actually driving the car for a while with my fat tall tyres and 3.7:1 diff
It actually doesnt bother me that it revs at 3000rpm on the freeway

2 Speed it is.

Anyway the glide is in the charger alone with the longer custom tailshaft and modified lower cross member and 3000RPM dominator high stall converter.

I like it :)

Things to do to the auto

Install B&M mega shifter ( just won off ebay ) this will replace my current cable shifter jap shifter
Install stage 2 or full manual valve body shift kit go this in a clearance sale from lynxcorp
Install Dual o-ring servo piston I got this from ebay Pitstop-Online-Parts its a sonnax brand Have not installed it yet because people say the dual metal ring is better so I will do some research.
